Mike Mertz joined Palatine in May 2022. He is involved in accounting and financial reporting at both the company and portfolio level.
Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Mertz worked as an associate auditor at Cohn Reznick LLP. Mr. Mertz's audit clients included private financial service firms and publicly traded companies with fund size/revenues ranging from $20M-$450M+.
Mr. Mertz completed his undergraduate and graduate degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Ziegler College of Business, with a B.S. and Masters in Accounting.
