Seth Saideman joined Palatine in June 2014 as General Counsel. He is responsible for managing all legal aspects of Palatine’s transactions and operations.

Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Saideman was in the real estate group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York. Mr. Saideman has extensive experience in real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financings, and joint ventures involving multifamily and commercial properties.

Mr. Saideman graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University in 1999 and received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2002. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
