Eric Eichenholtz joined Palatine in January 2012. He is responsible for the accounting and finance functions at the company and portfolio level. He is also involved in asset management and company and fund compliance.

Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Eichenholtz worked at Berdon LLP, a full-service New York-based accounting firm. During his time at Berdon, he serviced real estate clients on audit, tax, and consulting engagements.

Mr. Eichenholtz graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Accounting and Finance in 2006, received a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University in 2011, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Eichenholtz serves on the Executive Advisory Board of Cents Ability.
