Chris Terry joined Palatine in July 2024. He is involved in asset management across the company’s portfolio. Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Terry served as Chief Operating Officer for Aventine Senior Living. Previously, he held various senior living leadership positions, in operations and sales, for over 20 years. Mr. Terry was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps and graduated from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte with a BA in History in 2005.
