Brooke Klink joined Palatine in January 2009. She is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation and execution of Palatine’s multifamily investments.

Prior to joining Palatine, Ms. Klink was president of AEKus Properties, a real estate investment and management company with over 100 employees and a portfolio consisting largely of high-rise apartment assets across ten states. Ms. Klink has extensive experience in turnaround strategies, managing and repositioning older, multifamily assets, and has directed numerous renovation projects.  

Ms. Klink graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. in Anthropology in 1997.
