Brian Benson joined Palatine in October 2015. He is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of Palatine’s senior housing and student housing investments.
Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Benson served as a vice president in the Debt Capital Markets Group at Wells Fargo Securities. While at Wells Fargo, he served as Lead Execution Banker on over $10 billion in structured debt transactions.
Mr. Benson graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Duke University in 2005.
